At HeliAir the initial training for helicopter flying is done on the four person Robinson R44. After obtaining the license, you may then fly on this type of helicopter. For any other type of helicopter, a further training must first be followed, followed by an exam. We call such a course a ‘Type Rating‘. Such training is provided for all our helicopter types.
