At HeliAir, we strive to carry out our operations safely, professionally, and with respect for our surroundings. Despite our careful approach, it may happen that you experience inconvenience or wish to submit a report. You can share your report with us via the report form.

We take every report seriously and aim to minimise any inconvenience as much as possible.

We also kindly ask for your understanding regarding the nature of our work. HeliAir mainly carries out specialised flights with social and operational importance. These may include:

• inspection flights;
• training flights for defence units;
• firefighting and safety operations;
• lifting work and specialised helicopter operations.

To a limited extent, we also operate sightseeing flights and passenger transport. During these flights, we make many people very happy and allow them to experience something new.

After receiving your report, we will carefully assess it and, if necessary, contact you for further clarification.

We do not share information about the purpose of the assignment due to privacy reasons.
